              Pineapple-Papaya Juice

Drinking pineapple/papaya juice helps the body synthesize collagen, which helps skin stay firm and flexible, while vitamin C and amino acids aid in cell and tissue repair and fight inflammation and swelling.

INGREDIENTS

·   5 sprigs of fresh organic mint

·   1 fresh & ripe organic pineapple (peeled)

·   1 fresh & ripe organic papaya (seeded)

DIRECTIONS

1. Press all ingredients through a juice extractor.

2. Prepare a nice glass with filled with ice

3. Stir juice to combine well before serving.

Simply add:

1. ½ cup of ice

2. ½-1 cup of coconut water

3. Add all ingredients into a blender

4. Blend to desired thickness

5. Add more coconut water as needed!
