PREPARING FOR YOUR TREATMENT

In order to have the best full length experience of your scheduled treatment…

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL: Arrive to your appointment on time. Running late, give me a text at 619-948-6167.

MAKEUP: Arrive without heavy makeup. Please be sure to apply a moisturizer at minimum. Not applying moisture prior to the appointment may cause your skin to dry just enough to cause microscopic cracks. This may cause sensitivity, rashes and swelling during active product application / penetration.

JEWELRY: Removal of ALL jewelry and leave it at home. This includes, and not limited to, wrist bracelets, earring, necklaces, rings, et cetera. You’ll be asked to take all jewelry off before your session begins and you don’t want it to get lost or worse yet forget to remove it and it becomes damaged. We will not take liability or responsibility for any lost or damaged items during your treatment, or at the spa.

SHOWER: Remember to take a shower. After you session, you will have active ingredients that will need several hours, if not overnight, to penetrate and process. We don’t want you to get water on your skin after a treatment.

CELLULAR PHONE: Turn off ringer and/or put your cellular phone on airplane mode. This is the best place to unplug, unwind, and begin to relax.

CANCELLATIONS

A 48 hour notice is kindly requested for cancellations and rescheduling. In the event of a less than 48 hour notice or no call/no show, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the total scheduled treatment. Your initial deposit will be credited toward the cancellation fee.

If you need to cancel an appointment with less than 48 hour notice, your deposit will automatically be forfeited and an additional deposit will be required for a future appointment reservation.

In the event of a life emergency or sickness requiring you to cancel or reschedule within less than 48 hours notice, we will assess the situation with sensitivity as to whether or not the deposit will be forfeited or if a cancellation fee will be required.

We appreciate you for respecting our time and thank you for your understanding.

RUNNING LATE

We understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. However, depending on circumstances, we may have to abbreviate or reschedule your appointment. If you arrive late, you will still be charged in full for the treatment scheduled, but may receive an abbreviated session.

PAYMENTS

We do not accept cash payments, however we do accept all major credit card companies. We also take Apple-pay.

As per our cancellation policy, please note that your credit card information is collected and kept in a secure server when reserving your appointment. Your information is only ever accessed in the event of a cancellation or reschedule less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

GRATUITY

Gratuities are kindly appreciated. You may add gratuity by way of credit card or you may also leave a cash gratuity for your Esthetician. Industry standard suggests 20% of your total treatment cost.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The following conditions may require a reschedule for a a facial treatment:

Viruses including but not limited to: covid, influenza, coldsores, canker sores, colds, warts, etc. Bacterial infections including but not limited to: impetigo, boils, conjunctivitis, styes, etc. Fungal infections including but not limited to: ringworm, blepharitis, etc. Miscellaneous health conditions including but not limited to: Undiagnosed lumps or swelling, severe eczema or psoriasis, fresh bruising, open sores, tooth abscess, broken jaw or other facial bone, head lice, recently consumed alcohol, under the influence of drugs, unstable blood pressure, recent head injury, recent neck injury, fever, and or any other contagious disease or infection.
